This book is great. I know, I know “why would I pay for a book when I can just google and read a bunch of articles?”. Well because preparing for a Spartan Race isn’t just about gym workouts and being fit. This book definitely helped prepare me for my Spartan Super. The book gives you a diet plan, full body workouts that doesn’t require a gym (including a 30-day plan), and the mental aspects of a Spartan Race. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in doing mud runs, Spartan Races, or otherwise!
